🛍️ Returns Eligibility

  • You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Perishable items like milk, curd, or fresh fruits are not eligible for return.
  • Custom or personalized items (like couple shirts) can only be returned if defective.

💸 Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email or SMS.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
